Installation Troubleshooting

When I open the W2i interface in Windows NT (or 2000 or XP), the program hangs and I have to End Task on the program.  Why is this?

This can occur if you have no printer attached and no Default Printer selected.  You need not have a printer physically attached to your computer, but you do need to have a printer driver loaded.  Use Control Panel… Printers… Add Printer to select a generic printer driver, and set it as the Default Printer.  Then W2i should open properly.
